Administratie si Management Public (AMP)/Administration and Public Management is an international peer-reviewed journal, open to researchers from the fields of public administration, public management, public services, public policies, governance, and other interdisciplinary areas. We welcome all the contributions that enhance the understanding of these areas and other areas connected with them.

All manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer-review process. At least two evaluators are involved in the evaluation process, as well as a statistical editor if the manuscript contains a statistical analysis of data. The final decision is made by the editorial board.


The articles are written in English. Consequently, we kindly ask the authors whose first language is not English to ensure that their paper is correctly written in a professional English language.

The proposal in electronic format (.doc/docx) together with the AMP Copyright & Ethics Agreement Form and the AMP Publishing Agreement Form signed and scanned will be sent together with the manuscript to the secretariat office at the following e-mail address:

It would be preferable to receive the proposals either by the end of April or by the end of October each year.

Manuscripts must be original and have not been published elsewhere.

Original research contributions should not exceed 20 pages, with the references included.

The evaluation process can take up to 5-6 months.

The journal offers access to the contents in the open access system on the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.
